Q1. How long it takes before customers can receive the goods ?
A1. Besides production time mentioned above, usually it takes maximum 30-35 days for shipment to any destination port around the world.
Q2. How is your Quality Control ?
A2.
- Before the order to be confirmed, we would check the material and color of leather/fabric by sample which should be strictly the same as mass production.
- We will be tracing the different phase of production from the beginning.
- Every product quality checked before packing.
- Before delivery clients could send one QC or point the third party to check the quality. We will try our best to help clients when problem occurred.
Q3. Inspection ( Special Instructions )
A3. When production is completed, we will take pictures or videos of the good to customer or someone the customer appoint. ( Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, colours may appear differently on different monitors. We can cooperate with customers to take photos from multiple angles. ) If can not accept, please arrange the third party inspection.
Q4: How to Pack the products ?
A4. After clean and inspect the goods, we use EPE bag to cover the goods, packing cartons to protect the goods side, each corner will add extra cardboard to protect, thin sponge will put inside and non woven fabric bag to finish packing.
